  • starting!!

    hey girlsss how you all doing?? well hope gud. im not gud myself i look hugee and i feel like i weight 200 pounds even tho the scale says im still 125 i have notice to never trust the scale i just dont look 125 i look like i weight 200 pounds and i will belive that im losing weight or that i look 125 until i see it i will belive it until i see my bones popping out of my skin, my arms tiny, my legs tiny my wrist tiny everything my whole body tiny. i can barely see my neck anymore of all the fatness ugh im disgusting now i seriously think i have to lose weight. my friend the other day he was pointing out how i gained weight but then he was like he is joking but i think he wasnt joking i guess he jus said that to not hurt my feeling but its gud he said that cause it made me realize im seriously gaining weight. now im on my shit working out everyday and dieting. from now on imma try to take pictures of my meals to see if im really doing gud or not. im going to eat smaller meals and drink lot of water. i dont care about hunger no matter how hungry i feel im not going to fall. everytime i feel hungry and i dont eat i feel like im doing the right thing the more hunger i feel the more weight im loosing
